Warranty Information:
Glass Warranty:
CSG Warrants its glass products, with proper handling and maintenance, will meet CSG’S own published specifications, including requirement of ASTM C 1036 and ASTM C 1048, standard specifications for flat glass tempered glass, respectively, and will made applicable by such specifications. This warranty shall extend for a period of ten (10) years from the date of original factory shipment.

 
Coating Warranty:
CSG warrants its solar reflective coated glass products, with proper handling and maintenance, for a period of ten (10) years from the date original factory shipment by CSG, not to develop peeling, cracking or deterioration of the coating.
Insulating Glass Warranty:
CSG warrants its insulating glass, with proper handling  and maintenance, for a period of ten years (10) or five (5) years in case of sloped glazing instillation from the date of original factory shipment by CSG. The insulating glass unit is warranted against material obstruction of vision resulting from dust collection or formation on internal glass surface due to failure of the hermetic seal because of defective material of workmanship.
Laminated Glass Warranty:
CSG warrants its laminated glass, with proper handling and maintenance, for a period of five (5) years form the date of original factory shipment, not to develop de-lamination or edge separation.
Enameled Glass Warranty:
CSG warrants its laminated glass, with proper handling and maintenance, for a period of five (5) years form the date of original factory shipment, not to develop peeling, cracking or deterioration of the coating.
